Everyone has questions.
It may be that your spouse has already registered using a different email and your assessment code is already attached to that registration. Couples use one email and registration for both spouses as everything on the website is centered on couples not individuals. If this is not the problem, it may be that your ministry coordinator accidentally issued two couples the same code. Contact your church staff or ministry coordinator.
Once you start the online assessment, you must complete it at one sitting or you will have to start from the beginning next time you sign in.
